On July 20, 2022, Rikki Corniola led a webinar on “What’s Your Story?: Work Backwards from Your Goals to Identify Data Points and Evidence to Support Your Writing Center.” This webinar engaged the audience in a discussion of the story they want to tell administrators about their writing center, and how to work backwards to identify necessary data collection to help them tell that story effectively. Rikki encouraged participants to consider the data they already collect for their writing center, what they need to collect to tell their story, how to set clear goals/outcomes for the writing center and how to align those with institutional goals and outcomes.
