At this informational session, you will learn about opportunities for professional development and discipline-level service with the Online Writing Centers Association. We’ll talk about OWCA’s mission, our upcoming election, volunteer opportunities with our various committees, and the skills you can develop by volunteering with the organization. You will also have a chance to ask questions and receive feedback on your own potential application.

This is an open event and you do not need to be an OWCA member to participate. OWCA events are currently held in a Zoom Pro room. The session will be recorded and later posted with a transcript and captions on the OWCA website.
